Refund policy
RETURNS: REBECCA ONLINE
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date with original tags attached.
- All merchandise must have hangtags attached; swimwear must have hygiene liner intact
- Sale or Clearance items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported to Rebecca Online within 5 days of receipt to info@shop-rebecca.com or texted to 404-670-0540. In the event that we process an order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace that item or accept it for a full refund.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – REBECCA ONLINE
Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise with instructions for items to be returned or exchanged. We recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information.

REFUNDS (FULL PRICE ITEMS ONLY)
- Once your package has been received by Rebecca, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
- Returns are not processed on the same day they are received. You will be notified via email when the refund has been completed.
- Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Rebecca.
